If students arrive before the doors open, they will line up outside on the hot-top side of the building near the wall. Grade 2 teachers will meet their class outside at 7:50 and enter the school (door 1). We will then go directly to our classroom.

The students leave at 2:10 each day from Door 1. There is no live pick-up at the end of the day. ALL cars must park and then walk up to wait for their student. Please do NOT pull up or park in the circle.

During dismissal, I ask all second graders to point to their grown-ups before walking away from the line, and if you could wave back, this helps me get to know you better.

Students going to the YMCA or other afterschool programs will be dismissed from the classroom to go to their designated location.
If someone different than usual is picking up your child, please send me a note that morning to let me know, as I do not always get to my emails before dismissal time. You can also call the office, and they will inform me of any necessary changes.
