Athletic Forms & Fees


All students who wish to participate in SWA Athletics must have a completed physical, concussion, and eligibility form filled out and turned in to the athletic director before their respective team holds tryouts.

During the 2019 - 2020 academic calendar, athletic fees are required by every participant to be eligible to be on a team. Lions Crusade's efforts has helped bring the cost of sports fees down to the following.

Student's First Sport = $150

Student's 2nd Sport = $165

Student's 3rd Sport = $165

The $150 or $165 is required to be turned in before being able to try out for each school team. If a student does not make the team, the money is refunded.

We cap the immediate family total required cost at $1,000 per academic school year.

These fees go towards paying our coaches stipends, game officials, athletic field rentals, as well as game and practice equipment.
