Volunteer Appreciation Day

All parents who have volunteered at any time this school year are invited to an appreciation breakfast this Wednesday 3/20 from 8-9 a.m. in the cafetorium. We will have coffee, tea and yummy baked goods, and a gift card drawing. Come celebrate a great year, visit with other parents, and share ideas for next year.

Donations Needed

Spring Online Silent Auction

Our online silent auction dates are set for April 15th- 22nd. We are in need of all kinds of donations to make this fundraising event a success. Please bring donations to school by April 3, so that we can get them into the auction. This year's silent auction goal is to buy a water bottle filling station (or two!) for our students and staff! Funds raised will also help with Teacher appreciation week in May and the Timberwolf Trot 2019! Contact Tonia with questions at tpcaptofundraising@gmail.com. Online Silent AUCTION

Our annual fun run allows us to raise funds for field trips, classroom tools, school clubs, and all of our free family activities and festivals throughout the year.

Thanks to everyone who made 2018 a huge success! We have free thank you notes available at both offices and you can also download and print them here, to show your appreciation for friends and family who donated to our school.

How do I get involved?

There's something for everyone! Every parent can and should have a hand in making this a great year for all our students. Click on a sign-up link above, attend a monthly meeting, or email us for more info or to share your ideas.

What are the funds used for?

With the funds we raise, the PTO is able to provide free events throughout the year to promote school community. Additionally, money raised through the Trot and Silent Auction cover the cost of field trip transportation and help us reimburse teachers for some classroom supplies.

Why should I track my volunteer hours?

All volunteers will be entered in a monthly drawing for gift cards or other prizes! We also like to show how involved our parents and guardians are in our school.

ABOUT US

Purpose and Objectives

The Twin Peaks Charter Academy Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is proud to support our school by hosting events, activities, and fundraisers throughout the year. All parents and guardians who have a student at TPCA are considered members of the PTO and are welcome and encouraged to participate in any and all of the activities we sponsor. In fact, we can't do it without you! Be a part of your child's academic success, and make this the best year yet! We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming meeting. Parents who attend PTO meetings are entered to win a monthly drawing for a gift card!

Our meetings are the first school Monday of the month at 3:15pm in the East Media Center. All TPCA parents are members and are welcome and encouraged to attend. When you attend a meeting you will also have a chance to win a gift card just for attending!

Boxtops

Boxtops add up and with our boxtops money we are able to earn books for the school library and sports equipment for classes to use at recess!

Milk caps for Moo-La

Bring your Longmont Dairy milk caps to the school offices so we can earn money for our school!

Re-loadable King Soopers Cards

Pick up a registered gift card at the school office. Load money onto your gift card and use it to pay for your gas or groceries at King Soopers. Every time you reload your card TPCA gets a small donation. These add up and allow us to have a staff appreciation fund!
