Mirror Mirror
Students sit in two lines facing a partner. Teacher calls off emotions one at a time. Students act out the emotion with their face (no sounds). They see the emotion on their partner.
Mirror Mirror Two - Whole Body
Students stand in two lines, each student facing a partner. Teacher calls out an emotion. Students act it out, without moving from their spot and without making any noise. They feel the emotion and see the emotion.

Share a time when someone’s body language expressed worry. What did that look like? How did it feel to notice worry in someone else? How did you react?
