MR. AIRHART

Welcome to my web page! I am very excited to teach 8th grade social studies this 2022-2023 school year at the Home of the Cardinals! I also teach American History in Film (1st Semester) and World History in Film (2nd Semester). This is my 7th year teaching at Sandy Valley and my 22nd year teaching overall. In addition, I am the 8th Grade Girls Basketball Coach and Weight Room Supervisor. I am a 1989 graduate of Marlington High School, earned my B.A. in Rhetoric and Communication from Kent State University, Elementary (1-8) Certificate from Malone University and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. I live in Canton with my wife (Melinda), my two sons (Justin and Jacob), and my Beagle/Doberman (Maddie).
