Sandy Valley is a proud member of the South Stark Career Academy! Students from Sandy Valley, Canton South, East Canton, and Perry have the opportunity to apply to career-technical/tech prep/vocational programs at partner schools. These programs are designed to teach career skills and lead to industry credentials/certification. Students attend SSCA programs during their Junior and Senior years. Admission to these programs can be competitive -- grades and attendance are considered.

Horticulture will be a new career-tech program within the SSCA consortium, starting with the 2019-2020 school year! Students interested in the program can apply, starting in December. See Mr. White for details!
