About
I am board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. My practice offers psychiatric and psychotherapy services for individuals of all ages, both in-person and through telehealth. My office is located in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver, on the corner of 12th Avenue and Monroe Street.
Originally from Texas, I received my medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. I then completed residency in Adult Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, both at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, Colorado.
My practice philosophy is informed by a strong interest in psychotherapy, particularly Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. I completed additional training through the Denver Institute for Psychoanalysis in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (2022-2024), and am currently undergoing training in Psychoanalysis for children, adolescents and adults, also through the Denver Institute for Psychoanalysis. I have a passion for working with families, and aim to include caregivers, as much as possible, in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents. If you are interested in learning more about my practice, and whether I might be a good fit for you or your loved one, please call 720-767-0408.
