Problem Statement
As mentioned by Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen, the SAF is currently evaluating the use of individual wearable devices to monitor a soldier’s condition real time. Building upon this intention, our app aims to enhance physiological safety in military training, by allowing for better visualisation of soldiers at risk and notify stakeholders who can attend to these critical situations in a timely manner.

Identifies flags based on given comparisons
Generates a risk level based on previous and current flags

Bi-weekly sprints (we should probably fix a total number of story points for each sprint, including time away from this proj, eg. time used for other projects)
Post-sprint reviews & short stand-ups twice a week (to share blockers, completed tasks, discuss what we will be working on)
Breaking down features into smaller pieces to split the workload
Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) framework, wrote user scenarios before the start of each sprint, then using cucumber & selenium to test these scenarios
Always keep in touch with our client (verify UI changes through wireframes and emails)
