Mr. Benjamin has been a certified strength coach since 2002, He specializes in strength, speed, agility and power training for professional and high school student-athletes. He is dedicated and experienced in Sports Management and Personal Health and Fitness Training. Mr. Benjamin received his duel-masters degrees from the accredited United States Sports Academy located in Daphne, Alabama.
