Ms. Maack

Ms. Maack has been teaching in SUSD for 8 years. Most of her years have been teaching 4th Grade. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Tourism. Ms. Maack later decided she wanted a profession more fulfilling and decided to get her teaching degree. Ms. Maack attend Northern Arizona University graduating with a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. Prior to becoming a classroom teacher, Ms. Maack was a paraeduacator in special education. During her time in the district, she has held the position of Team Lead, Teacher Mentor, Student Council leader, 21^st Century coordinator, and ILLP teacher. Ms. Maack’s philosophy of teaching begins with the passion that every child can learn and encouraging each child to believe in themselves.
