Ms. Winstin

Laura Winstin is a Chicago native who recently returned to teaching Special Education at DMHS as an ALC teacher after working as a Project Manager in the construction industry for 19 years. Laura also teaches Master level classes in Theatre, Shakespeare and Voice and Speech at a studio in Scottsdale. Her degrees include a B.A. in Theatre from Loyola University, an MFA in Theatre from De Paul University and an M.Ed. in Education from the University of Illinois, Chicago. She is currently working on her Equine Therapy certification and is continung her research on how to use the Arts to teach content.
