Mrs. Cervantez

Mrs. Cervantez is entering her 11^th year in the Scottsdale Unified School District and her 6^th year at Chaparral High School. She completed her Bachelors at University of Arizona and the teacher certification program at Arizona State University. In 2015 Mrs. Cervantez completed her Master’s in Education through Grand Canyon University and is currently still at GCU enrolled in the Doctoral Program. Mrs. Cervantez has taught AP World History for the past four years and attends the summer institute to stay informed about the recent changes or materials available. In addition to her work in the classroom, she is also the Speech and Debate coach and encourages students to try this amazing sport. Last year the team won state in public forum debate and competed at Harvard University!
