Step 1: 

Check the DMHS Club List to see if there is already a club for your topic.

Step 2:

Find a faculty member to sponsor your club

Step 3:

Sponsors:

Read the Club Sponsor Handbook

Complete the Club Sponsor Fundamentals

Students:

Make a copy, complete and submit the Club Constitution

Make a copy, complete and submit the Club Authorization Form

Step 4:

Please submit all forms to Richard Norris or Student Government Room 4116

Step 5:

Student Government will email club president with approval decision, links to fill out for digital club directory, or any other information needed.
