Early Childhood and Family Education

Welcome to our home for Early Childhood and Family Education for the 2020-21 school year. We have combined our Family Resource Center and Early Childhood Family Nights into the same site. You will see each tab at the top of this page. You may find both tabs beneficial depending on the age of your child(ren).

You may have noticed a new tab at the top of our page. Ms. Katelynn is one of our ECH Special Education Teachers. She has shared information to help families through this school closure and some great parenting resources.

A new category was also added under our Welcome tab --> Parenting Tips! We've consolidated old tips, added new ones and will continue to add to this.

Happy May! This is a great month to get outdoors (especially if you haven't been over the winter months). Outdoor play is critical for young children's development as it helps them navigate exploring and risk-taking, increases fine and gross motor skills, enhances executive functioning and social skills, encourages physical exercise and develops an appreciation of nature.
