SWCS is looking for an assistant that believes it takes a community to raise a child and will work with parents and community partners to do that.
SWCS is looking to expand its educational offerings by having a preschool. The main preschool classroom would have a maximum class size of 20 students and if the need arises, the school may choose to add an additional preschool classroom with a maximum capacity of 10 students. There will be at least one full time assistant for each class. Instruction will happen Monday - Thursday with Friday as an occasional professional development day. SWCS is looking to have a program that includes social emotional instruction, language development, outdoor inquiry, fine and gross motor development, experiential, and kinder readiness skills.
