Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages caused directly by company operations. However, certain types of damage are not covered under our warranty.
Excluded Damages:
Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other force majeure events.
Theft or Loss: Whether due to negligence or other circumstances.
Water Damage: Including submersion, moisture exposure, or any water-related incidents.
Fire Damage: Regardless of the cause.

The following are potential causes for why the TV won't turn on and the necessary trouble shooting steps:
The control unit is not charged
Ensure the control battery is well charged.
Note: When low on charge, the unit automatically turns off the TV to give priority to light.
The TV has not been turned on
Switch ON the TV using the remote controller or the power button on the TV. The red LED light should turn green when the TV is ON.
Poor cable connections
Ensure the power cable is well connected to both the TV power ports and the control unit output ports.

Get in touch with the Sun King Call Center on 8001.
The following are potential causes for why the TV is displaying "DISABLED" and the necessary trouble shooting steps:
Poor cable connection
Ensure the TV power cable is well and firmly connected to the TV power port and the control unit.
Physical damage to the ports
Ensure there is no physical damage on the TV power ports and also on the control unit TV Output Ports.
Using incorrect power cable
Connect the TV to the control unit using the correct power cable
Expansion failure (For expanded 200X/ 500X Only)
Press "2" on your control unit. If you get C1 or C2 on the display, the control unit is okay. use the above criteria to troubleshoot. If you get a C3 Code on the display contact the Sun King Call Center on 8001
If the remote only works at close range
This may indicate weak batteries. Replace them.
If the issue persists (especially beyond 3 meters), visit the Sun King shop closest to your location.
If your Sun King TV is not responding to the remote, follow these steps:
Remove the batteries and wait 1 minute.
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Reinsert the batteries correctly, starting with the negative (-) end.
Point the remote directly at the TV sensor without any obstacles (including clear glass).
Avoid using it in direct bright light or sunlight.
Use the TV’s onboard buttons to check if it responds.
Disconnect all external devices (e.g., USB, HDMI) and test again.
Ensure buttons aren’t stuck or jammed.
Only press one button at a time.
Check for physical damage, such as rust on battery terminals or sensor damage.
Use new batteries, available at local shops.
Open your phone’s camera app.
Point the remote at the camera and press any button.
A red flashing light on the camera indicates the remote is working.
If possible, test with a different working Sun King remote.
