If your Radio is not working as expected, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue.
Ensure the Radio is fully charged before use.
If after charging the radio still doesn't turn on, visit the Sun King store closest to your location.
Charge the radio and then attempt to turn it on
If it still does not turn on visit the sun king shop closest to your location.

Do not attempt to open the radio
