Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages caused directly by company operations. However, certain types of damage are not covered under our warranty.
Excluded Damages:
Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other force majeure events.
Theft or Loss: Whether due to negligence or other circumstances.
Water Damage: Including submersion, moisture exposure, or any water-related incidents.
Fire Damage: Regardless of the cause.

Check the inverter to see if there is a red blinking light, this means that there is an error experienced by the inverter.
The screen may be off, this means the inverter is in Sleep mode but not off
Press the "Ent" button once and wait for the screen to go on
Check the fault code displayed and refer to the user manual for troubleshooting.
if the there is no user manual contact the Sun King mobile assistant Zuwa for guidance.
Turn off the PV breaker and the AC breaker in the Sun King protection box.
Turn off the inverter by flipping the switch on the right underside part of the inverter.
Wait for 1 minute until the inverter is completely off.
Proceed to the battery, press and hold the power button for at least 2 seconds and release. This will cause the battery display to go into sleep mode until it turns off completely.
Wait for 5 minutes for the battery to reset and then turn on the battery again.
Then turn on the inverter and after 2 minutes lift the PV and AC breakers in the Sun King protection box.

Press the "Set " button on the inverter. This will display "00ESC" which switches the inverter to setting mode.
Press the "Up" button which will lead to setting "01" and press enter. This will cause the words on the right side of the display to blink until an action is performed.
Press the "Up" until you come to option "UTI." This means the inverter has been configured to prioritize ZESCO as the source power.
Press the "Set" button again which will take you back to the main screen where you will see the word "BYPASS" and a dotted line leading to the percentage bar on the right side of the display which signifies how much of the battery is being used.

Press the "Set " button on the inverter. This will display "00ESC" which switches the inverter to setting mode.
Press the "Up" button which will lead to setting "06" and press enter. This will cause the words on the right side of the display to blink until an action is performed.
Press the "Up" until you come to option "CUB." This means the inverter has been configured such that ZESCO can charge the battery even when solar is available.
Press the "Set" button again which will take you back to the main screen where green light will blink provided the battery is not fully charged. (when fully charged the light is idle/ does not blink)
This is not energy saving.
If you prefer the energy saving options repeat the first 2 steps and select the "SNU" option. which means solar and utility will charge at the same time.
Press the "Set" button again which will take you back to the main screen where an icon for the solar panel and utility are connected by dotted lines and leading to the percentage bar.
