Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages caused directly by company operations. However, certain types of damage are not covered under our warranty.
Excluded Damages:
Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other force majeure events.
Theft or Loss: Whether due to negligence or other circumstances.
Water Damage: Including submersion, moisture exposure, or any water-related incidents.
Fire Damage: Regardless of the cause.

Remove the loads from the USB ports.
Wait for 15s and it will resume.

PCBA over temperature
This means that printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) is overheating.
Turn off the inverter and disconnect the connected appliances.
Check where your system has been installed, is it well ventilated?
Check if your fan covers are clogged with dust. If dust mats are present detach the cover, wash it and wait for it to dry before attaching it again.
Turn on the inverter and reconnect your appliances.

24V port output over current

24V output reverse polarity protection
Disconnect the charger from the 24V port and it will resume immediately.

PV input protection
Check which battery source is being used i.e Solar panel, Utility(Zesco) or Generator
Disconnect the power source and shut down the system by long-pressing the power button until it turns off.
After 15s restart the system by pressing the power button again.

Battery pack temperature protection
Disconect all appliances from the system.
Press and hold ON/OFF button to turn off the battery.
Wait for 1 hour before switching the system on.
The error will disappear automatically after the temperature drops to the normal level.

12V short circuit protection
Disconnect all the appliances connected to the system.
Wait for 15s and the error will clear automatically

PCM under voltage protection
Disconnect all appliances from the Inverter and Battery.
Charge the battery.
Wait for the error to clear automatically, this will take up to 15 minutes.

PCM overcharge protection
Disconnect the charging sources i.e AC adapter or Solar panels
Discharge the battery by connecting 2 to 3 appliances until the error clears automatically.

PCM short circuit protection
This means the temparature is too high even though the system is still functioning.
Check if the system is installed in a well ventilated place and that no objects are blocking the ventilation points on the inverter
Press and hold the ON/OFF button to turn off the battery.
If there are dust mats covering the fan cover detach the cover, wash it and wait for it to completely dry before reattaching it.

PCM charging overcurrent protection
Disconnect the charging source i.e AC Adapter or Solar Panels
Connect 2 to 3 small appliances to the system until the error clears off automatically.

DC Over Voltage: This means that the DC input voltage has exceeded the safe limit.
Disconnect the solar panel from its charging port on the control unit.
Wait for 1 hour and restart the system.
Reconnect the Solar panel to its charging port to see if the error has cleared automatically.

PCM communication error
Press and hold ON/OFF button to turn off the battery.

PCM over temperature protection

Let the battery cool for 1 hour.
The error will disappear automatically after the temperature drops to the normal level.

Press and hold ON/OFF button to turn off the battery.
Allow the battery to remain off for 1hour.
The error will disappear automatically after the ambient temperature rises to the normal level.
Turn on the system to confirm if the error has cleared automatically.

PCM chip system error
Press and hold ON/OFF button to turn off the battery.

Battery Over Current: This means that the battery is drawing more current than expected.
Disconnect the charger from the 24V port.

Charging into protection mode This means that there is a charge overcurrent or trigger OVP protection

Press and hold the “Inverter” button to turn off the inverter.
Press the button again to turn on the inverter.

Inverter Goes Off While Battery Still Has Charge
Possible Cause: The battery is set to Default Mode instead of UPS Mode, causing the inverter to shut down even when charge is available.
Steps to Resolve:
Power on the inverter.
Press and hold the 0 (zero) button.
Continue holding until the battery screen changes and indicates UPS Mode.
Release the button once UPS Mode is confirmed.

No Error Displayed and No AC Output to Loads
Possible Cause: AC output interruption or external wiring / adapter issue.
Steps to Resolve:
Remove the 3-pin UK top plug adapter from the inverter.
Switch the inverter OFF.
Wait 5 minutes.
Switch the inverter ON again.
Plug a small appliance (for example, a phone charger) directly into the inverter.
Check if the phone starts charging.
