Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages caused directly by company operations. However, certain types of damage are not covered under our warranty.

Excluded Damages:

Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other force majeure events.
Theft or Loss: Whether due to negligence or other circumstances.
Water Damage: Including submersion, moisture exposure, or any water-related incidents.
Fire Damage: Regardless of the cause.

Error Codes and Troubleshooting

E0

Description:

This error occurs when a connected USB device attempts to draw more current than the USB port can safely supply. The system activates protection to prevent internal damage.

Troubleshooting:

Disconnect the USB device and cable.
Inspect the USB cable and port for any damage.
Restart the unit.
If the error persists contact Sun King Customer Support at 8001 or visit the Sun King Shop closest to your location.

E1

Description:

Triggered when the temperature of a key power component exceeds safe limits. This maybe caused by:

Poor ventilation or high ambient temperature.
Faulty or incompatible solar panel.
Defective charging port.

Troubleshooting:

Allow the unit to cool down.
Ensure proper ventilation.
Verify that the correct solar panel is being used.

E2

Description:

Indicates that the lamp output port is drawing more current than expected. This may be caused by:

Short circuit in lamp wiring.
Damaged lamp port.
Internal unit fault.

Troubleshooting:

Disconnect all connected lamps.
Reboot the unit (hold the power button).
Inspect the lamp port for physical damage.
If the lamp is damaged or the error persists contact Sun King Customer Support at 8001 or visit the Sun King Shop closest to your location.

E3

Description:

The battery voltage has exceeded the safe operating threshold.

Troubleshooting:

Stop charging immediately.
Allow the battery to cool.

E6

Description:

The input voltage from the solar panel is too high for safe charging.

Troubleshooting:

Disconnect the solar panel.
Restart the unit.
