Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages caused directly by company operations. However, certain types of damage are not covered under our warranty.
Excluded Damages:
Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other force majeure events.
Theft or Loss: Whether due to negligence or other circumstances.
Water Damage: Including submersion, moisture exposure, or any water-related incidents.
Fire Damage: Regardless of the cause.

Begin by checking the product batch number as shown in the image. Batches 32237 and 32241 are identified by tamper seals on one of the screws; any remaining batches are presumed to lack such seals.
Check if your product has all 4 screws intact.
If your product does not have all 4 screws and is missing a tamper seal (applicable only to products with batch 32237 and 32241), then your product has been tampered with.

If you suspect your Home 60/120 is experiencing a battery drain issue, follow these steps to accurately diagnose the problem:
Fully charge the unit using its solar panel.
Refer to the product manual for the expected runtime.
Use a stopwatch or timer to measure the exact runtime of the unit as it is in use.
If the issue persists, visit the nearest Sun King store for further assistance.
