Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages caused directly by company operations. However, certain types of damage are not covered under our warranty.

Excluded Damages:

• Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other force majeure events.

• Theft or Loss: Whether due to negligence or other circumstances.

• Water Damage: Including submersion, moisture exposure, or any water-related incidents.

• Fire Damage:  Regardless of the cause.

Tampering Check

1. Inspect screws to ensure all of them are intact.

2. If your product does not have all 4 screws, then your product has been tampered with.

Identifying and Handling Broken Pins

Follow these steps to check for and address broken pins on your product:

1.  Look closely at the product’s input and output pins for any signs of damage.

2. If any pins are broken or damaged, the product may not function properly.

3. Understand the warranty policy – Broken pins are classified as out of warranty (OOW) and are not covered for free repair.
