Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages caused directly by company operations. However, certain types of damage are not covered under our warranty.
Excluded Damages:
Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, and other force majeure events.
Theft or Loss: Whether due to negligence or other circumstances.
Water Damage: Including submersion, moisture exposure, or any water-related incidents.
Fire Damage: Regardless of the cause.

If any of the following statements are true for your product. Visit the shop to make the out-of-warranty payment for the damaged part:
Has the product been opened?
If YES: This means that your product has been tampered with. Please visit the shop to settle the full out-of-warranty (OOW) unit payment.
Has the product been dropped?
If YES: This may result in loosened/broken parts. Visit the shop to make the out-of-warranty payment for the damaged part.
Is any part of the product physically broken?
If YES: Visit the shop to make the out-of-warranty payment for the broken part (PCBA, Top Shell, or Bottom Shell)
Has the product been exposed to water?
If YES: This may have resulted in corrosion within the product. Visit the shop to make the out-of-warranty payment for the PCBA.
Is the product burnt?
If YES: Visit the shop to make the out-of-warranty payment for the PCBA and/or Top and Bottom Shell which may have sustained damage.
Begin by checking the product batch number as shown in the image. Batches 32237 and 32241 are identified by tamper seals on one of the screws; any remaining batches are presumed to lack such seals.
Check if your product has all 4 screws intact.
If your product does not have all 4 screws and is missing a tamper seal (applicable only to products with batch 32237 and 32241), then your product has been tampered with.
Please visit the Sun King Shop closest to you for a unit check.
Press button "1" and check if "1" appears on the display.
Repeat this process for numbers 1 to 9, verifying that the corresponding number appears clearly as shown in the image.
If any button does not respond, the Keycode function will not work.

If the battery level is one (red) or two bars, radio and charging functions will not work. Only the lighting function will be available at normal or low mode.
Charge the product fully before checking again.
Only use the USB port near the power button for charging.
The other USB port is meant for a flash drive.
Note that the product can only charge small phones.
