  • Directions: **We recommend attendees carpool if possible.
    • Traveling on HWY 521 from Sumter turn left on Frierson Road, continue straight in through open access gate. High Hills will be on the right.
    • Traveling HWY 378/76 from Sumter, turn right on Stamey Livestock, continue to Frierson Road where you will take a left. Continue straight through open access gate. High Hills will be on the right.
    • Traveling HWY 441 from HWY 378/76, turn right at Base Gate across from Oakland Drive. Travel to the left of the check-in gate around the loop to the open access gate, continue to stop sign, turn right, continue to stop sign, turn left. High Hills will be on the left.
  • WHEN: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
• SESSIONS: Each grade level has 1 mandatory session, as does PE. Like national conferences, this mini-conference is run on a first-come, first-serve basis for other sessions. The session list is only available online, so you may want to download a copy to your device before traveling to High Hills. **Lunch is from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.
  • SPECIAL NOTE: Kindergarten Teachers who have not been trained on KRA are required to attend the KRA training from 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm at Sumter School District Office, 1345 Wilson Hall Rd, Sumter, SC 29150, Room 112.
• CREDIT: All attendees will receive an In-service passport on which to record the names and codes of the sessions they attend. This passport should be retained by attendees for their records.
