TEAM TIME: REVISIT, REVISE, OPERATIONALIZE
Participants will:
Codify the key milestones, lessons, and artifacts from their improvement journeys, connecting these to their progress towards their Aim
Exchange emerging best practices and knowledge across the community
Construct a vision for sustaining progress and achieving long-term impact for Black and Latinx students with disabilities experiencing poverty
Create plans to reach their Aim by June 15, 2023
Deepen personal connections across the community to inspire collective accountability to and through June 2023
