The Co-Teaching cohort tackled problems of practice such as co-planning, co-coaching, lesson design and delivery (e.g. differentiation, Universal Design for learning).
The Literacy cohort brought together CMO participants who were tackling literacy challenges at multiple tiers of instruction. The science of reading and teaching reading to adolescents were areas of focus along with how to support teachers in their classrooms.
The MTSS cohort grappled with problems and solutions around the structures of a Multi-Tiered System of Support. This included MTSS foundations, as well as instructional practices (e.g. differentiation, UDL, SDI) at the various tiers.
