Return / Refund Policy
If the product is returned due to an error on our end, we will pay the return freight and reship the correct product.
Product must be returned unopened in the original condition.
Customer pays return shipping.
10% restocking charge will be deducted from the purchase price. We will waive restock fee for product trades or an account credit.
We will issue final credit less restock fees when we receive the product in good condition.
If the product was a free shipping item, our cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid and 10% restock fee taken from the balance.
Once we have shipped an order, there will be no credit for shipping fees paid by the customer.
Method of refund will be to the same form of payment used.
