This site is to provide the Mountain View Cooperative bid documents for the 2026-2027 School Year Bid # 2026. All distributors must download and submit bid documents to the lead district by May 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will be at 10:15 AM at Shasta Union High School District Office.

The following documents are required for bid submission and must be downloaded:
One (1) original signed copy of the attached Contract Terms & Conditions - (Hard Copy Required with Signatures)
One (1) electronic copy (USB)
One (1) Excel sheet on the USB drive of the price list.
PDF or hand written documents will not be accepted for price list.
Prices shall be stated in units specified. The District will not be responsible for errors in extensions. The right is reserved to reject any and/or all proposals; to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal; and to accept or reject any items in the proposal. The term “proposal” shall also mean bid, quotation, and offer.
