Have a Book Recommendation?
Start by checking the library catalog. If the title isn't available, please fill out this form. We'll review all requests based on appropriateness and cost, and you may receive follow-up emails with additional questions. Please note, this process can take some time. If you need help, feel free to reach out to the School Librarian.
Please participate in our survey:
TLMC Reading Interest Survey
Your responses will help us build a collection that matches the diverse interests and preferences of all students, making it easier to find books you'll enjoy!
In collaboration with the school psychologist and guidance counselors, we’re happy to offer a peaceful area in our library where you can refocus, re-center, and relax.
Students are welcome to visit the library during lunchtime after they finish eating. However, please note that space is limited, so make sure to sign up during homeroom on the same day. Click on your grade level below to register. Remember to hit 'submit' to complete your registration:
Quiet Space: This is a quiet area where all students are expected to work independently and focus on their assignments.
Code of Conduct: Always follow the Code of Conduct. Show respect for the space, your classmates, and library staff.
Work Quietly and Independently: Maintain a low and brief voice if you need to talk. Avoid prolonged conversations during the period.
Prioritize School Assignments: Use your time to complete homework or assignments for your classes.
Meaningful Reading After Work: Once your assignments are finished, choose something interesting to read that contributes to your growth as a learner.
Use Time Wisely: Free time for non-academic activities must be approved by library staff and should reflect independent behavior expectations.
After-School Library Time (2:30-3:00 PM)
If you'd like to stay in the library after school, please let the school librarian know by lunchtime that day so we can check availability. We welcome you to bring schoolwork or enjoy some quiet reading time.
Please remember:
Bring something to work on or a book to read.
To keep the space clean and focused, no food, drinks, or cell phones are allowed.
Thank you for helping make the library a peaceful space for everyone!
