Wichita Falls Independent School District's Gifted and Talented program services students who are identified in grades 3-5. Students involved in the TAG program will be given pull-out type instruction with a group of their peers.

Formerly known as LEAD (Learning Experiences of an Advanced Degree), the new program is called TAG (Talented and Gifted). Other exciting changes in the program allow the opportunity to integrate technology, along with innovative hands-on activities, while developing a culture of creativity. The goal is to empower students to take responsibility for their own learning and leading while giving them opportunities to see themselves as innovators.
