As mentioned before, this is your Knife, the Dagger of Zillywallbert. It has 2 stars, and three little faces on it.
Only legends dare to mention the armory of Zilly. Spoken from mother to daughter, father to son. Most know it as a legend of warning. Others, as a model for how our societies should be run. All know the weapons, but few know the people they belong to.
Long ago, before even the gods were created, there were two warring peoples who fought until one overpowered the other. The name of the victors has been lost to time. But we do know the name of the losers, the Zillykind. The Zillykind were, of course, the ones that the Zilly belong to. They were incredibly smart and hardworking and were always trying to find new ways to solve already-solved problems.
After millennia of oppression, one day, the Zilly, led by their leader, Zillyhoo, took it as their duty to free their peoples, and finally, once and for all, bring peace to the world. The Zilly were another breed of Zillykind, they were strong, athletic, nimble, and at times, even had some cosmic psionic powers. Few credible recounts have been recorded, but some say that they were the reason for the gods.
The Zilly first decided to go up to the captors and request freedom. They, undoubtedly, weren't allowed freedom and were forced to be put in The Forge. There, they made thousands and thousands of really strong, impossible weapons. Few of these weapons remain, but some include the Caledscratch, The Treasure, and many little Cuebombs.
After eons of working, they finally devised a plan. They would purposefully create weapons that would fail, and so the captors would have to come and reprimand them, then they would use some of their strongest weapons on these captors and break free. Their plan worked, and the weapons they used then remain today as a beacon of freedom from corrupt powers. That's where Zillyweapons come from.
The only difference between their weapons is who wielded them, which informed the weapon itself to come into existence. Zillyhoo used a hammer, Zillywigh a dagger, Zillywaire a scabbard, Zillywich some needles, Zillywut a fork, and Zillywhau some flintlocks.
Eventually, These names and their weapons were called different things by different people. Such as Zillywigh turning into Zillywallbert or Zillyhau's scabbard turning into a cutlass. These are just a few alterations of these weapons.
The Zilly remain today as a call for freedom, and a warning for all those who are adjacent to those with the weapons.
