Ah, there he is. The voice that sometimes talks to you in the game. It seems he wants you to pull out the knife.
You pull up your Fetch Modus.
As priorly mentioned, your modus is Assholekind. You chose it because it looked funny when you were choosing your modus. You find it useful, if only a little fucked up. Essentially, it works by having some box that you can carry around, that you access through an orface that looks very much like a butthole. You're not sure if it is a real asshole, and if so, who it belongs to, but that matters not because you can store a lot inside that asshole.
