...and it would just teleport behind you, falling down towards the planet below.  You take a few guesses as to where these imps seem to have come from.  For Meowrage's case, there were already imps all around the planet because LONAD was part of the Derse empire.  However, for your case, these imps don't have such an easy alibi to why they were here.  You first guess that they were Prospit imps, but then if so, then why would they be attacking you, Prospit supposedly thinks you're jesus or whatever.

The next guess takes you to the primary and largest moon of your planet, Prospit.  If Derse was such a good force, then they would naturally have troops sent to the planet that their enemy colonized.  But even that has a flaw.  Your planet LOFAN (Land of Frogs and Nostalgia) would have its colonizers, Prospitians, protect it against any attack, making another battlefield, where Prospit would have the upper hand, given that they know where everything is on the planet already, it would make the war of attrition in the main battlefield even more strenuous for the Dersite King.  So that's not an option.  So perhaps, they were surveying the land, and just so happened to come across a player of the game.

Then we must look at the race of imp that these imps are.  Uranium.  This is different from Meowrage's, whose imps were of shale, so the planet's main resource must be made of Uranium.  Assuming that is, that these imps come from the planet.  But what could be more likely, is that there were colonies on some of the other moons of LOFAN that the Dersites gained these Uranium imps from.  You guess that is the most likely scenario because all of the previous guesses were slightly flawed.

Whatever it is, the imp that was trying to jump you is not going to have a good time in the moments to come.
