Syb: So, what's life like in the Underground after, what happened?
River Person: What are you talking about?
Syb: About 6 years ago, all the monsters down here got their souls taken by a flower guy, and then when we woke up, the barrier was broken.
River Person: Oh right
River Person: That
River Person: Well, its mostly just been me
River Person: and a snowperson
River Person: water still flows through the caves
River Person: and food still grows on the trees, although it's much harder to tend to them
River Person: How's life like above ground?
Syb: Oh, it's good.
Syb: Most of us monsters have split up to roam the world as a minority.
Syb: My sis and I made our way back to our family's old forest.
Syb: I've been doing the rest of my schooling online, with the rest of my classmates.
Syb: I'm now going into "high school" which is cool.
Syb: Ms. Buns got a divorce, but this hasn't stopped her from teaching us very well.
Syb: Most of the other monsters who didn't leave for glory elsewhere or go back to their heritage went and made their own city right next to Mt. Ebott.
Syb: Newer Home is kind of a joke.
Syb: I've been a few times to revisit old friends, and they've been working on a subway system, an UNDERGROUND TRAIN NETWORK, for their entire time as being a city.
Syb: Yet no subway to be found.
Syb: Not even sandwiches.
River Person: How's your mom?
Syb: Oh, you don't know?
Syb: My mom died the day frisk came down to the underground.
Syb: So now my sis is my legal guardian.
Syb: I always wondered why they allowed her to be my guardian when she was only 2 years older than I was, so she was 10 when the barrier broke.
Syb: But now I see why her "age" is put into question.
River Person: Oh, you saw that
River Person: Look, I can explain
