It technically isn't a "monogram" it's more of an emblem, but it doesn't matter in the long run because you recognize this symbol. This symbol was on the alchemy station and the totem lathe and was the logo for Sburb when you booted it up. And, if you (unknown) remember from earlier, this symbol appears on the face of the transportalizer (and the appearifier).
You've known this symbol to be a part of this mausoleum ever since you first started learning about your family. Apparently, it also is the symbol for your entire family. Representing how when we work together, something pretty (the flower) appears. Now that you're looking at it, maybe the flower could be much more of a metaphor, say, for the purpose of the game, that being the creation of a new universe.
Whatever it is, you just find it a bit, perplexing to say the least.
