You come across what seems to be the source of the green light. A door. It seems to be locked.
Atop it bears a ticking time device, counting to what, you don't know, but it seems to be around 10 minutes and 18 seconds. Additionally, it seems like this clock has been counting down for a very, very long time. You assume this based on the fact that the system seems to have a year's place with thousands as an option. You absolutely doubt that this mechanism has been in use, here, for all that time, but you could be wrong in that manner.
Also, on the door, it bears the mark of a common technology company you are familiar with. In fact, you are appalled that this symbol is here. You don't think that your sibling has anything to do with WDG industries, so how this symbol got here is a mystery.
You wait a few seconds for something to happen.
