You combine your orb with the overtly sexual gun with a face that your Sis forced you to carry. It makes Chekhov's Gun. The gun seems to be a really good six-shooter that accepts normal ammo. However, it has an extra slot in the center for some giant white ball, presumably. You don't have any of them at the moment, so you'll have to stick with normal ammo. It feels perfectly balanced. Even though it's really long for a pistol, it seems to be ready to be fired at any moment, which is a good thing when fighting teleporting frogmen.
