You combine your new gun with your old scarf and make the HIGH NOON NEGOTIATOR, which is basically a holster for your new gun, which you dawn both to look cool anyway. You don't think this has any other purpose other than holding the gun, but you could be wrong. You feel a little more confident with it on, so maybe it has an excalibur-esque confidence property.
