The Knife appears in your hand.  It's unusually, even for me, but it has, miraculously, manifested itself in the "real" world.  Usually, weapons that are only accessible in the Medium are only used in the medium, and if they do find their way into the world outside the Medium, it is usually after the game has finally been completed.  You're in a rare position where you received a really strong weapon before you even started playing.  Please, whatever you do, don't screw up your position, because you are so lucky to be there...
