You take out the book from your inventory and it becomes bare.  Not your book, no, your inventory.  You then go to where Meowrage was about 28 years and several months ago.  You then make sure to mark the time and location in the book with your NEWTON'S FLAMING LASER SWORD, and then you plug it in.
