923 >PI: Use rope to rig up the freeing mechanism

You use the rope that you got from AD (from when he was tied up) to rig up a cool mechanism to break free the Oboe.  You tie a few times around the bust and then with your EXTREME HEIGHT, you rope it through the above pully, and then through the other pully, making sure it goes down to the oboe.
