t's Bozo the Clown. No wonder the whole wagon was darkening.
Ok, let me back up. 5 years ago, your father came across a human who wanted to join the circus as a clown. Of course, your father, being the gentleman that he is, asked the human why he wanted to do so. The human responded that his old home banished him because he was practicing magic. Your father, intrigued, asked the human to do a magic trick for him, and when the human turned the glass of wine your father had into water, your father instantly let the human into his circus.
That human is this clown, Bozo. It's an unfortunate nickname given to him by some of the monsters who had some resentment towards humans. That didn't stop him from making excellent friends with everyone here. He's probably the most liked person here, only followed up by your father because he's everyone's boss. You like him a lot too, not only do you find him actually funny, but he almost never speaks, and when he does, he speaks in an extremely high voice.
He is one of the core components of your circus that makes it better than any other kinds of circus, that and you're probably the only one ran by monsters. Most other circuses in the world are human ran, and they aren't very good. Yes, it's a spectacle to see a man with tattoos, or a lady with a beard, or a tiger jump through a loop, but once you've seen it, you've kind of seen it all. However, most people (especially in rural parts of the world) have never seen a monster at all in real lives, none the less three feet in front of them being shot out of a cannon through several loops. So, when their done, they probably want to take everyone they know to it again and again.
When you were younger, your father instructed you to go out from time to time and hand out leaflets of the new circus in town. You met a lot of new people by doing that, but not all of them were as kind as others. You only did that task 3 times because on the third, something happened that you don't remember, and your father refused to let you leave the circus unless he accompanied you. That really placed a hinderance on you and your friend's get-togethers. You still made them happen, but they weren't as frequent as before that event.
