So, Rundown:

Items go on Captchalogue cards and everyon has to deal with them.

On the back of them they have codes that respond with the item.

These codes can then be punched on the Card Puncher, and combined together to carve on the Totem Lathe.

The Carved Dowel can then be used on the Alchemiter to then create whateve item you want.

Oh, by the way, Meowrage did actually create the Jaw Harp and Portable Light show.  He equips the light show, and the function is, whenever he plays a note, light shoots out.
