As stated before, your family used to branch out with other treehouses in trees.  Your great great great grandma's tree was the last one, but she had her tree planted branching away from your great great great great great grandfather's tree/house.  His birdhouse is the one in rumble that you're currently looking at.  You attempted to live in the house when you were moving out, but the bridge connection point was just too hard to connect, and also you preferred the tree that was more you-aged old.  Which is 14 right now.  You were born on January 29th, (2x2x-14), but today is September 2nd of 2x2x.
