Grist, if you haven't caught on, is the building material used in Sburb, all imps and other kinds of minions drop them when they die.  The client player can then use this grist to build floors and stuff.  They can also allocate some of it to alchemy, which, can create most of every object, and object combination you can think of.  As is the case, you currently only have a little bit of grist left in your game as you used it in order to create that stupid trapdoor for your hidey-hole.  Speaking of, you better go check that out when you get the chance, you never had the chance to fill out your fantasies of hiding in a hole some random bird built in your weird house.
