You continue walking, following PS.  You say you recognize a few of the landmarks that you've seen on your journey through Prospit.  You ask him why Prospit looks so much like earth.  He tells you that it's not a matter of prospit looking at earth, but an equal representation of earth looking like prospit.  He says that since Prospit has a centralized government, it can create a lot more unique architecture than Earth can.  He says that a majority of the architecture on Prospit is not pragmatic at all, and that it all is designed to look pretty.  He says that many great minds have dreams of Prospit, and that brings them inspirations.  Many minds simply remember parts about the architecture, like the shape or size of the thing, but a couple of great minds can remember extremely well what they saw and recreate it by memory.  He also says the opposite is true, that the Queen instructs builders and designers to imitate parts about earth that look cool.  So, they build that, and the cycle repeats.  Prospit is naturally creative, that then rubs off onto earth, who then inspires Prospit to add that creativity to their gallery.  That's why Prospit looks a lot alike to earth.
