This dragon's name is Yoky. She is a mind-gifted dragon. This means that she has dept abilities with her mind. She can commune with animals, such as yourself, from far away. She can also shoot lasers, control minds, and other, more practical things like that aforementioned soccer thing. She is a calmer creature than the other two in this room. She wouldn't hurt a fly, not if it were a reincarnation of Hitler in fly form.
She's the one to figure out that this house held an extreme space power. She herself comes from a long line of oracles who could predict the locations of the space powers around the world. Somehow, she was drawn to your house instead of say, a observatory, or a lab, or something that had more space elements to it other than you.
Other than you, there is nothing spacy about your house. You, as the ace of space, have the power to control space, but it just lies dormant, waiting to be used.
