You make sure not to stand in the STOPLIGHTS. He shows you various newspaper clippings from the Derse Gazzette, the state-run Newspaper. He tells you that they have a hidden message if you read the first letter from each line, and it reads "The Lordling will soon become homeless shortly after the Ace will start playing". You ask what lordling means and he says that's the nickname for your pal Syb. You also note that he was reading way too much into it, but then he said that he looked, and there was a huge amount of C4 at the base of his tower. He then hastily removed the sleeping duck from his tower using his FENESTRATED PANEL and in the nick of time, because when he was picked up, his tower was just about to be "exploded". As we know now, that was in the future, so Syb was transported to his past. He was then put through the RED STOPLIGHT until he was first picked up, forming a seamless transition for him. We wouldn't want any weird time shenanigans associated with his saving from the tower. Then, around that time, PS went to go to the palace and talk with you.
He points out a lot of other evidence trying to figure out who did it, most likely the BLACK QUEEN requested for it's execution, but how exactly she did it is obfuscated by the fog of war.
