You take the final logical step in this magical thing called Alchemy and add the two things made to create a guitar strap.  This strap seems to have the ability to gauge your health, and when it is low, it tells the four droids to start playing dangerous Rock music.  When you aren't on low health, they just seem to be a band that adds to the music of the game.

You add the strap to the WAR ON DRUGS and test it out.
