He flips over the map and draws up a diagram of the supposed machine. He starts with a disk. The disk, he says, takes in time as a fuel, and then that spits out space, which is then fuel for more disks, which then spew back out time, but with a byproduct of multiverse. You then have this a thousand times rung around a center point, then have interlocking chains numbering 15 make a circular chain. Then, for the final component, you have a simple laser with shoot through the centers of each chain and then you can do anything with it.
He says that it doesn't exist yet, but that it may exist if the session goes a particular way. He tells you many things that it can do, create items, destroy timelines, kill things, all sorts. You ask why it is being built, and he tells you that it will end the war. He says that he doesn't know much about it other than that he wasn't in charge of it's development.
